Design & facilitate a Liberatory Design Thinking session and mini pitch events: Iterated an existing presentation focused on Liberatory Design Thinking to deliver to design workshop faculty and graduate student participants focused on developing resources for an online, open Teaching & Learning with A.I. repository; Developed and facilitated two mini pitch sessions for designers to present to and receive feedback from their peers.

Co-design & Emcee an after hours open mic event: Conspired with my closest conference collaborator to stage “Hot & Bothered by A.I.” an open mic event where faculty and graduate students could shed their academic professionalism and share their true feelings about the impacts of A.I. on teaching & learning.

Co-design an online, open repository: Collaborated with an in-house CTL web designer to develop an open repository to house resources developed by faculty and graduate students participating in the design studio conference sessions. Developed a resource review rubric to review and publish resources as they were submitted.

Co-coordinate conference assessment activities: Supported development and deployment of a participant feedback survey; Designed and facilitated multiple post-mortem dialogues for group sense making over conference design process, participant feedback, and outcomes.
