Major Responsibilities: Participate on internal team to design activities supporting development of the incubator

Process: Design + Deploy

Design + Deploy: Advise on the design of incubator Request for Proposals, Co-design and facilitate design challenge sessions for three independent faculty teams, Advise on the design of faculty project proposals, Support nontraditional proposal writing process within faculty teams

Outcomes:

• Three design challenges successfully facilitated
• Faculty teams progressed to nontraditional proposal writing as prototyping
• Driving toward 3-year ongoing design cycle- prototyping + testing innovative, cross-disciplinary teaching with technology initiatives
